Booking online was a breeze, and the check-in process was speedy. The plots are spacious and are interspersed with park-style accommodation. There's no designated area for dogs, just a path at the rear of the property. It's quite far from the main road, so traffic noise isn't a problem. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, even when you're just a few feet from the router - hence my rating of four stars. We spent five nights here and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We're currently traversing the nation and required accommodation close to Yuma. It's a peaceful, efficiently managed establishment. Everything is tidy and in order. The staff is extremely welcoming. It appears that their primary clientele is individuals seeking extended stays, but we also received excellent and amicable assistance!

The above rate represents the rate charged for a 5 month stay pro-rated to a daily rate. Since we stayed longer, the 6th month was charged at the same rate. If you are looking for a place to spend the winter months, this place fits the bill and checks every imaginable box. The price is very reasonable (though 20 cents per kwh for electric seems high). The winter weather in Yuma simply can't be beat. While it was hot early on (November) and late (April) during our stay, the other months are best described as perfect. Mild, warm days, with cool nights. The only downside was that it was it bit on the windy side this season. Otherwise, ideal!! No humidity, little (if any) rain and NO bugs to annoy while sitting out on the gorgeous, cool and clear nights. Sites are really well sized for an RV park. Amenities abound here as others have listed. We played pickleball and poker nearly everyday while here. The people here are what really makes this place. We made several friends and enjoyed fellowship and laughs most everyday. We are planning to return here every winter for the foreseeable future.

We enjoyed staying at this park. The internal roads are paved. All the sites have full hookups and are gravel with a cement pad for the patio (no picnic tables). Amenities included: pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board courts, crafting room, gathering spaces, woodworking shed, ping pong tables, dog runs, and more! There have activities happening every day of the week. (We only participated in one of the activities.) The park had many seasonal RVs, but sites were kept clean of clutter and good condition. OTA channels were good (all the major networks), AT&T = 4 bars 5G and good for streaming. They had WiFi, but as usual, non usable. They also had cable available , but we did not use it. Very quiet park at night. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here from Halloween 20 through April 21. Our arrival was seamless. Pulled right in with the staff. The park is just wonderful even with all the Covid stuff. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as normal as possible. The grounds are exceptionally maintained. Other reviews about the road noise are valid. So choose a site closer to the northwest corner of the park. Besides, it cooler near the orange groves and the blossoms are wonderful in late March and early April. The infrastructure is newer and well maintained. The shade trees are trimmed to reduce interference with the RVs. Filtered water is available on site. And you get to watch the Marines fly about. The facilities like laundry, billiards, library, showers, pools, hot tubs, mail service, and main hall are all well cared for. The city of Yuma is very close and has most everything one could want. There are numerous lakes for smaller boats plus nearby Lake Havasu for larger craft. There is fishing in nearby lakes and canals. Plus there are many other outdoor activities all around Yuma. We streamed all the TV we wanted to watch on the available WIFI. The only negative is the brown sewage treatment building in the middle of the park. Select a site north and west of it to avoid the breeze. We would stay here again.
