We recently acquired a 2022 model RV, but sadly, its awning has been recalled, which prevents us from using it as a sunshade. To compensate, we bought a small four-person tent for leisure activities and protection from the sun and insects. There are no regulations against this. However, Sandy seemed to have an issue with our tent, or possibly my partner's ethnicity, it's hard to tell. When we inquired about extending our stay, she claimed there were no tent spots available, which was odd because this is an RV park, not a tent camping site. Then she informed us they were fully booked until the early part of January. I suggested we might try to book again in mid-January, and she responded that they were booked until February, then added that they were actually full until April. I took the hint. We are not welcome here.
