We stayed here Last week of August 2022. Very difficult to park back in little room packed together. Bathrooms was only one toilet in womens. Showers only 2 showers for women for all those campers. For additional cost you could tube etc on the creek. Only plus was friendly staff.

We stayed here for 5 days and used this as our sleeping spot while site-seeing in Coeur d'Alene. This campground has a lot to offer actually, although when pulling in I was not impressed. Once we settled in, we discovered the river/creek that allows for paddle boarding and kayaking, as well as fishing and wading (nice and cool.) The dog park was beyond expectations; quite large, shade cover with picnic table, brand new dog wash station, water spigot and giant steel bowl for water, some toys. There was a sizable area for little kids to play on equipment, the laundry cost $2.00/wash & $.50/10 min of dryer and was clean! Huge grassy yard for corn hole, horseshoes, frisbee! Site was gravel, and not level but shady and lots of trees and pretty flowers. Very well kept place! Campground Staff was excellent; some I-90 noise... we kept fans and A/C blowers on entire time to drown out traffic. Pull thru Sites down the middle were a little narrow, but all had some yard, grass, a tree or two and flowers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Wolf Lodge Inn for the BEST STEAK DINNER. Pricey but totally worth it! Went 2X! (Closed Mon/Tues) - do not let the exterior of the restaurant deter you... it a MUST VISIT! This campground was conveniently located on/off easily to highway down to CDA. We rode tour boat, seaplane and visited the city dog park and heard live music in the evenings. We really liked Coeur d'Alene and Wolf Lodge Campground was in the perfect location!

Access from I-90 is down 2 miles of pot holed frontage road. Staff is friendly and helpful, many amenities. Campground is well maintained, but tight. Sites are side by side with barely room for a picnic table in between. Good for a stop-over but wouldn't stay long. Road noise was not as bad as I expected, barely audible if your windows are closed. Bathrooms and showers are excellent. AT&T cell service was very good, 4-5 bars of 4G, streamed well with WeBoost.

This is a nice relaxing campground. Big rig friendly. A nice dog park or your for baby can run free. Bathroom and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. They have RV tent and cabin sites. I would stay here again. Yes there is some highway noise but it did not bother me at all.

This is a clean campground but it is next to I 90. It is very very loud with semi trucks blasting by at all hours.

We stayed for 6 nights in July 2021. We were on our way west and I needed a place to stop and work for the week. The campground is clean, convenient to the freeway, and had plenty of things to do. It is also fairly close to Coeur d'Alene. We had full hookups in a pull-thru site. The sites are very close together. The host was nice. The kayak rentals were fun and the stream was quiet and pretty. Their stream connects to the large Coeur d'Alene lake if you go far enough. The campground was under a fire ban due to the conditions, so we couldn't have a campfire. Cellular data signal was spotty, so we used our signal extender. The campground wifi was adequate. Between the two, I was able to work for the week. The freeway is definitely close, so you will hear the noise day and night. It's not as bad as some campgrounds we've stayed at.

It's quiet, a lot of greenery around, and good activities on site for kids (e.g. "Fun cycles".) The staff is nice and everything is well-maintained. What we didn't like was needing to pay $5 for using the dump (we were on one of the electric/water only sites). And I'm not sure what another reviewer was talking about re free coffee, but they charge you for the coffee in the office.

Someone wrote, "meh"....? This campground was so clean. Bathrooms were immaculate. Bonfire everynight at 7pm. Two separate playgrounds and dog run, horse shoes. The staff was so kind. My husband and I enjoyed free coffee every morning watching our children play while humming birds flew around us. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is good for a night or two of traveling through the area. Park was crowded and you can see the freeway, so you definitely hear it.

We enjoyed our stay. 30 amp and water. We had people really close and they didn’t allow campfires but overall we liked it.

Wolf Lodge Campground & RV Park Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Our stay at the Wolf Lodge RV Park was very pleasant. We are pretty new at this, and it helped that one our first experiences made it easy. We made our reservations only a few days before our stay, so we had little choice of sites. Ours was a full hookup back-in, on concrete pads with a dry grassy area & picnic table. It backed up to a hill. There were no bbq/firepits, but the guest hosts started a community firepit each night. Our spot was close to bathrooms, showers, laundry and the office, which sold a few food items and ice. Wifi was marginal, which is our experience everywhere so far. A well-maintained dog park, with water, cleanup tools, and a covered seating area, was well-used. Kids have a little playground and a small hill with various wheeled toys to ride down on, and there is a horseshoe pit and other grownup-play facilities. A stream provides more family play. The entire park had a 50's-era small-town ambiance. Tent-camping spots, small cabins, pull-through sites for bigger rigs, a pavillion covering three picnic tables for group gatherings, a camp sink, vending machines, and other small touches make this a place to relax and enjoy your stay. Traffic is audible on the nearby I-90 freeway, but not loud enough to be disturbing to us. Overflow parking is very limited for additional vehicles and incur an extra charge that offset our Good Sam discount. Our guest-hosts, Allen and Jerri, kept everything immaculate and running smoothly, and were very accommodating. Coeur d'Alene, a large town, is 8 miles away, and sits on the same large lake. Small-city Spokane is another half-hour further. There are loads of free recreational activities nearby. Put this one on your vacation list.

Don't let the location fool you. Yes, its on the side of the highway, and the road noise is a little loud, but this RV park was very well taken are off. Lots of friendly staff helped us with everything we needed. They have a boat rental onsite, so you don't have to mess with the more expensive rentals in town 5-10 minutes to the city center playground. Plenty of good hikes in the area as well. Take scenic Yellowstone road all the way to the lake road for a nice pretty drive. Our site did not have sewer, but they did have a dump station. Very clean and very hot showers were a plus. 2 different playground, lots of kids. ONly knock on this place was the road noise.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. They were super friendly, and always available, making rounds and doing chores from their golf carts. The restrooms were clean and there was a nice laundry room. Plenty of quarters available at the office, along with free morning coffee. It is located close to the lake and about 15 minutes to Couer d Alene. Our site was odd, as our RV's front door opened up into the tent site next to us, making privacy a challenge. The campground is cute but physically small and for us, crowding too many campers in. Also the highway noise was an issue. Seemed like a fun place for families. We just prefer a bit more space and less noise.

Super busy park in August. Front desk people super friendly and helpful. Location is great to visit Coeur D’Alene although is noisy because of the highway which didn’t bothered us, we slept like rocks. The internet was a challenge because we have kids back at school via internet so that’s my 4 stars. Showers are great! Kids loved the grassy playground. Overall a great place to stay. Site 6 is near a septic tank, we moved our picnic table forward. You can tell we aren’t fussy people.

Campground is about 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. Sites are packed tight together with trees on a some sites. The park is REALLY busy with families and tourists coming in and out frequently so this detracted from the ambiance. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were decent. We’d stay again if no where else was available.

This campground is located within yards of a major interstate. And although it is convenient and easy to find, it suffers from extremely loud road noise from the interstate traffic. On the weekend that we stayed there, the park was overcrowded. We stayed in a water and electric site, and upon checking out, the management charged us to use the dump station. All other parks where I have stayed NEVER charged to use the dump station if you were a registered guest. I thought this was their form of price gouging. I would not recommend this park.

Convenient location right by the highway which adds road noise but nice view of mountains. They let us checkin without contact which kept stay covid safe. Only stayed one night so didn’t use amenities.

My kids loved this place two playgrounds, canoes, kayaks, and bikes! Nightly fires at 7. Great view from our site. Only a 10min drive into Couer d’Alene. Hiking and great bike riding even closer. Can be a little noisy as it is right next to the highway.

We stayed here the weekend before Memorial Day and had a blast. This was the first place we found that was open after all this COVID business and it is also the first place we brought our new RV for its shakedown Cruise. Coeur d’Alene is a cute town, we went to Higgins point for some sightseeing and a little hike but spent most of the time at the campground. Wolf Lodge RV Park is a great place for getting your bearings with your RV, hooking up to full hookups or just Water/electric. It’s a easy going environment where you have the chance to practice a little bit and figure out how set up and break down works best for you. We will definitely come back here when passing through Idaho again.
