De dassenburcht is een leuke groene camping, vlakbij is een meertje, op de camping zelf zijn er wat speeltoestellen voor kinderen. De camping is mooi opgedeeld in kleine veldjes. Zoals bij alle groene campings is het sanitair matig.

Mooie tentplekjes in het bos, beschut en redelijke privacy. Kleine, rustige camping. Sanitair is eenvoudig. Bij een volle camping wel 'rijvorming'. Het is jammer dat er bij zo'n camping in het bos toch nog een vrij drukke autoweg is te horen. Aardige boswachter. Prima basis voor fiets- en wandeltochten.
