We selected this camping site because of its proximity to our relatives. We usually visit them every year during the Strawberry Festival, but this year we had to travel by camper due to our ill pet. We were grateful for our camper van! The man at the entrance was extremely friendly when we checked in and made the procedure quite efficient. However, there were many low-hanging trees, so larger vehicles should be careful. When we reached our designated site, it was too small for our 40'4" camper. The sites require you to reverse as far as possible so you can park your vehicle perpendicular to your camper. Unfortunately, we couldn't reverse far enough to fit our camper because the camper behind our site was too close. Additionally, the low-hanging trees and other parked vehicles made it challenging to maneuver into the spot. Fortunately, the office assigned us a new spot where we fit perfectly. However, we had to purchase an extension for our sewer hose as the access point was right at the back of the site. There is absolutely no wifi at the sites, so hopefully, you have unlimited data or internet facilities. The swimming pool was enjoyable once it heated up, otherwise, the hot tub was the main draw. Now, let's get back to the pool... There is a restaurant/bar on the premises. This was both a good and bad thing for us. The food and beverages were average. They overserve their customers who should have been stopped. One of their customers wandered over to the hot tub, threatened a friend of ours, stole his stuff, and then laughed about it. We asked the bartender to call security, and she emerged from the bar saying, "I think he took some mushrooms". "Security" was slow to respond and wouldn't even talk to us because 'they have cameras'. On the day we were checking out, we tried to get a quick meal at the restaurant. After waiting for about 10 minutes without either bartender recognizing us, and watching one of

It's not hard to locate the camping site just off I-4, taking a simple left after the interstate bridge. We initially reported to the entrance gate, instead of the check-in office. After settling in, we had to return to the registration office to avail our military concession. We took the direct route via Everglades Avenue to reach the reverse-parking space 244. The parking spots are positioned at right angles to the slim road, making the reverse parking a bit challenging, more so with numerous vehicles parked along the road, perpendicular to the entrance of the parking pad. Spot 244 was a wise selection as it aligns with the main road/Everglades and it's located at the camp's end with no one at the back. We booked one of the spacious spots, ample for our 39 5th wheel, but we had to detach as our F450 was blocking the road. The water and electricity connections were centrally placed on the pad. The sewage point was at the pad's end and required approximately 20 feet of hose. The camp offers cable service, providing 59 channels. There are also numerous over-the-air channels available, and satellite could have been an option. We had strong Verizon reception with 4 bars. The water pressure exceeded 60 psi, necessitating a pressure reducer. Lazydays is a genuine resort with numerous facilities, including an on-site eatery. However, the camp is dated and requires modernization to better cater to modern, larger vehicles. As per their website, they are scheduled to shut down for refurbishment on 1st April 2023. There is a circulating rumor that Lazydays has sold the camp and it will be under new management when it reopens.

The parking spaces are minuscule and the streets are incredibly narrow. There's no additional space for cars, causing everyone to park parallel in front of their respective spaces, resulting in very cramped streets. During our three-day visit, several people had to exit their cars and knock on doors, requesting others to move their cars as they couldn't access their parking spaces. Our parking space, made of concrete, wasn't even flat, forcing us to utilize our Anderson chocks. The place did have some amenities like a decent swimming pool and hot tub, enclosed dog parks, laundry facilities, and a gym, but we didn't use any of them as they were all quite small and crowded. It didn't have the ambiance of a resort, but it's a handy spot if you're in the vicinity for the RV dealerships. In conclusion, we would consider other options the next time we visit this region.

We always have a great time at this campsite. It even has its own restaurant and bar. The campsite, with its asphalt full hookup spots, provides ample space for all kinds of vehicles. Visitors usually align their towing vehicles with the roads to keep them from obstructing the way. We've never faced any trouble securing a spot, even when we made a reservation just two days before New Year's. They managed to accommodate us. The swimming pool and hot tub are fantastic. Plus, Ybor and other local sites of interest are just a stone's throw away.

We wanted to like it here, but the sites are so crammed together and our large fifth wheel could barely fit. The sites leave no room for vehicle parking, so everyone is parked on the road which makes it even tighter for large RVs. We picked our site online because of its proximity to the playground and they said they wouldn’t honor that and crammed us all the way in the back instead. The site they reassigned us to had occupants so they had to move us again. Just a headache of an experience. There is no wifi anywhere in the park except the front office.. other than that good luck getting signal. They do have cable which was nice and the laundry room was very clean and big. They also did refund our money when we had to leave early, so that was greatly appreciated. This wouldn’t be my first choice, but I’d stay again in a pinch.

Staff was very nice! We did get breakfast coupons for a complimentary breakfast over in the sales building. Clean campground! Lots of people with pets! Spots are closer together but we didn’t have a problem backing into our spot 5 mainly because we didn’t have a row of RVs across from us. Our last night there was some kids making a ton of noise at the playground around 1 am. Not the Campground's fault but seeing the security booth was near by I wonder if anything was ever said.

Resort???? I don't think so. Very over priced. Very tight sights. We were told not to park our tow vehicle in the road or the grass. I was able to back the truck in but it was under our awning with no room to spare. NO WIFI at camp site but if you walked up to the buildings you could get wifi. Cable was terrible. I even unhooked cable and just used antenna and had several more channels. They do have a swimming pool and several other things for the kids tp do. Plus there is a restaurant in the campground. There was a lot if road noise but couldn't hear to much of it while in the camper. I think if they did not advertise it as a resort it would have been different.

Located right on the Lazy Days, property, free breakfast, awesome pool, smooth and courteous reservation and check in. Did I mention the on site restaurant Exit 10 and also the spotless and well appointed showers? Good value for the money. Been stopping by here for last 20 years. I'll be back.

This RV park was not worth the money. The sites are very close together. Even though it has good amenities like the pool, playground, and dog park, I have been to other parks with these same amenities for cheaper. Management was rude and disrespectful, and we ended up leaving early because of that. Also the wifi and cell coverage was awful. Would not stay here again.

Easy on/off access to I-75. Flying J , Travel America fuel stations and Cracker Barrel next door. Sites are a little close together but well maintained. Sites 1 - 15 back up to a busy highway. I would only recommend those if staying over nite. The Exit 10 cafe on site is nice with a full bar. Tennis and basketball courts look to be new or newly renovated. Nice dog park on site as well.

We had a wonderful time here. We are not huge on environments as this but it was really nice. For as busy as they are you would think it would be noisy. It was very quiet. They take resort to the ultimate extreme. They pick up your trash everyday. Free Breakfast coupons for everyday. The resort is right next to the largest RV dealership in America maybe in the world. Over 275 working bays. It’s huge. Some of the sites have shade trees and some don’t. Ours did not. It had one little tree but it was small. They have a heated pool and hot tub. We didn’t use them because we were visiting friends. A large laundry room. Our only complaint was the WiFi. We have a WiFi booster and still couldn’t get good internet. Weren’t able to hook up computer to their WiFi to do work. Had to tether on our phones which didn’t have a great signal. We found that Tampa signals for ATT was not great anyway. We would definitely consider this location again.

We had an EXCELLENT time at Lazydays Resort and will definitely stay here again if in the area. Extremely friendly staff and clean grounds/facilities. The food was GREAT at the café' onsite... we had dinner there our first night. The inside lots appear to be very close so we chose a back site #258 where there was no one behind us. Only downside is that we were further from the clubhouse and therefore limited or no WIFI. This resort is approximately 10 minutes from Publix, Walmart, Hard Rock Seminole Casino and about 25 minutes away from Busch Gardens. *$185.46 total w/ tax for 3 nights in a 45' guest site.

We always enjoy our visits to this campground. Lazy Days always has wonderful personnel available to assist you in any needs you may have. The pool area is always maintained very clean and the water is always crystal clear. Exit 10 is a wonderful place to eat and socialize with the staff and the other campers. They have activities for all ages and the rally Center is also maintained and very clean. Our only concern is the Golf Cart rentals. When registering for one you must supply a Drivers License for the use by each person that will be using it, but as you will see around the campgrounds, All the children are playing with them, driving around the park. Restrictions should be in place to not allow the children to use them. It is just like renting an automobile. You must have a valid license to operate the vehicle. This Golf Cart is just like a vehicle and should only be driven by a person with a valid drivers license. We did observe a few incidents at night with these children that could be very armful in today's day and age with attorneys at law. Security standards need to be improved for the overall safety of all that visit the park. Lazy Days does a very good job with maintaining the park both day and night, but the Golf Carts are a concern of many that visit. Please look into the safety of the visitors and change the security policy around the use of these vehicles.

When we stayed here, we had the chance to brag to our friends. Giant pool area with pool side bar/ restaurant. Imagine sitting in the hot tub while it rains outside, we did that here and it felt like a spa. Some Friday nights they had a projector screen out for a movie. Ice is free. Large clean playground. Well kept tennis/ basketball court. Garbage gets picked up from your site a few times daily. Our lot was the largest in the campground lot 14 and it was huge. the other sites are closer together. The closer you stay to the pool, the better the WiFi. My one complaint was the lack of wifi at my site. To work i had to go to the pool or that area for better wifi. It also kicks you off every so often so, you need to resign in. The people here are all friendly. Jay in the front office goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and he knew us by name. We had packages delivered and they call us when they arrive. Free breakfast every morning. Best hiking in the area we found was Hillsborough river state park. Overall we are in love. Thank you Lazy days. Truely a resort

We love staying at LazyDays. This is a family focused, RV experience focused campground. You will need your own WiFi and/or hotspot if you want WiFi at a site. You can get WiFi at the Service building and/or the Resort office but not at a campsite. The pool and spa are clean and a great way to cool off and relax. There are many activities for children on many weekends. The RV accessory Store has ongoing educational programs and we also enjoy exploring different rigs in the sales area. The resort sites can require adjusting your rig to level and the sites are close together but for us, LazyDays has what we “need” in a campground. There are restrooms in the Amenity Center and showers/bathrooms in the pool area. The resort is pet friendly with lots of doggie stations around the resort and two fenced off leash sites in the Resort area. They have added a dog wash but you do need to pay for that at the office before using. There is a Restaurant onsite and a nearby CrackerBarrel.
