Kleine camping vlakbij het verrassend leuke centrum van dit oude stadje dat ook nog banden met Nederland blijkt te hebben gehad in het verre verleden.
We kwamen vrij laat aan, mochten zelf een plek uitzoeken en konden nog net eten in het restaurant. Sanitair was netjes en schoon. Let op, alleen contante betalingen, geen PIN of creditcard.

non gradisce gli italiani da molti anni . ho provato anni fa a riservarmi un posto, ma non e' possibile prenotare. quando si arriva sul posto , fa finta di non capire. e in tedesco stretto dice che tutto prenotato nonostante molti posti liberi. dopo circa 20 anni di presenza a straubing cambiero' meta-

Goede Camping voor op doorreis, men kan aangekoppeld blijven staan. Ook voor langere tijd een een goede camping, over de omgeving weet ik niet veel. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar / beheerder, wij kwamen 10 meter stroomkabel tekort, en ook dat konden we lenen.

I got to Straubing camping at 19:30. I was travelling by bike with my husband and my daughter, 3 years old.
Old man at the reception said camping was complete, even if I spotted many empty places. He said it was all reserved. I was a bit upset because at that time it was not easy to move again by bike, next camping was about 20 km away. So I insisted, asking if it was possible to get a very small place, we had just a small tent!
He refused again, so we spent 10 minutes calling pensions and B&B nearby. Meanwhile I saw 3 GERMAN bike-tourists getting inside the reception and being accepted in the camping. So I asked them to help me translating to the reception guy, trying to understand why he refused to accept us.
The man said the problem was that we had a small child and that night there was a huge beer festival in the town. So he was afraid that our daughter could not sleep and that we would have complained for the noise. So it was not safe.

op weg naar oostenrijk deze camping aangedaan om te overnachten.
had deze van te voren al uit gezocht .
ligt enkele kilometers van de A3 dicht bij het centrum van straubing.
de camping is niet zo groot , en is verdeeld in veldjes met ongeveer 6 plekken per veldje , mooie grasmat en asfaltwegen.
ook het sanitair was in orde en schoon.
de beheerder (platzwart) kwam wat nors over , ik denk dat het een gemeente camping is en dat de beste man alleen doet wat er van hem gevraagd word.
desondanks goeie overnachtings camping.
wij betaalden voor een plaats met 2 volwassenen , 2 kinderen (13,10) en stroom 28,00 euro .

Leuke camping langs de weg naar Oostenrijk. Prachtig oud stadje wat een extra overnachting waard is.

ligt erg leuk vlakbij het stadje straubing is aan te lopen.Bij aankomst een chagrijnige camping beheerder geeft een nr op waar wij konden staan .Wij zoeken geen nummers te bekennen mensen op de camping wisten ook geen nummers terug naar de receptie om te vragen wilde hij net sluiten om 12 uur terwijl hij open moest zijn tot1300 hij mee met veel gezucht gevonden maar geen nummer er op.Sanitair voor het oog schoon maar de tegels of wc doordruk knop te vies om te gebruiken . Wij komen zeker niet meer terug alleen al door de beheerder.We hebben het 3 dagen geprobeerd.

Op 4 km van autostrade 70 standplaatsen gesloten 13-15 u
Rustig, verzorgde en mooi gelegen stadscamping. Ruime plaatsen geschikt als doorgangscamping. Sanitair is in orde.
Nabij stadscentrum met ruim aanbod van horeca, zeker bezoekje waard.
