Conveniently located in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country, just 45 miles North of San Francisco, 5 miles South of Santa Rosa and only 1 mile from Sonoma State University.Napa Valley, Calistoga Springs, Bodega Bay, north coast beaches and many casinos all nearby. We have50 overnight RV sites with 30/50 amp, full hookups and picinic tables. FreeWiFi and cable TV available.Onsite laundry facility, clean restrooms with showers and exercise room.Great community room with satellite TV, fireplace, piano, lending library and restroom. Escrever uma avaliaçãoThe photos on this site are not at all what the park looks like now. We have been stationary full time here for a year. If you are looking for a full time spot in the Bay Area this is the best we found after months of research before buying our trailer. The spots are definitely close together (hence 4 stars) but it is great for families. Lots of young families with kids and elderly retired folks. We’ve had great neighbors and it’s been a safe place while waiting for my husband’s job to allow him to go remote so we can begin traveling. It is doable to commute to SF via the smart train and ferry and it’s a beautiful ride. The manager here (Nicole) has been wonderful and is on top of all maintenance issues and bathrooms and community building are cleaned daily. There is a fenced in area for dogs and some common open grassy space.

They only book for long term stays

We went to see what other parks were in the North Bay area, just scouting around. While this has an intriguing name to draw you in, it's not an RV Park, RV Resort, or anything other than a long term renter trailer park. There are NO Spaces available for a daily/weekly visitor. Personally I'd much park on the street and risk a ticket, than stay here. Possible these are folks who had their homes burned down in nearby Santa Rosa, and fell hard on their luck, and that I can understand. The sites are extremely tight together, and the sites are full of long term rental stuff, mostly rigs in need of repair, you get the point. The Bay Area is really bad for RV Parks, I need to win the lottery and build a really awesome park nearby.
