Bemm River
Basic bush camping behind Binn Beach with easy access to the water. There is a short walk over a sandy track to access the beach, which is a great fishing and surfing spot. There are 5 campsites that need to be booked online.

Dispersed bush camping in River Red Gum and Black Box floodplain woodland with patches of saline scrubland. Popular (sites bare, tracks may be rutted). Sites level and generally shaded. High sandy river banks with few beaches. River is broad, height being maintained by the lock.

Bool Lagoon
Campground along side one of the largest freshwater wetlands in South Australia. The (caravan accessable) sites are undefined, level and some provide good shade/shelter from the wind. There are flushing toilets, gas barbecues and picnic tables.
Hopetoun
Powered (fee) or unpowered (free) camping around a man made lake near the town of Hopetoun. Hot showers, camp kitchen and flushing toilets are available in the powered section. Unpowered, free camping is permitted around the lake.

An old timber-mill site in the flat hung valley of the Mackenzie River, above Mackenzie Falls. Good shade provided by pines and Stringybark, surrounded by a Stringybark forest with a thick understory of tea tree. Can be popular, sharing of fireplaces may be necessary. Tap & 'bush shower'. Rated 3.
Halls Gap
A large gently sloping old forestry camp shaded by Yellow Gum, Brown Stringybark or cypress pines and well grassed. Some sites are within a mature pine plantation. Sites are well dispersed, most well off the low use tourist road and many separated by Thryptomene and Tea-tree.
South Bruny
Direct access to a beautiful beach in sheltered part of Great Taylors Bay, this is a basic but attractive and tidy campground. Most of the sites are pretty level, although there is not a lot of grass if you are in a tent and most of the sites are well shaded by the large eucalypts.
Congo
This campground is a quiet grassy spot on the edge of the Eurobodalla National Park. There are quite a few spots although there are none marked. Quite a few caravans and campers use this spot which is right on the edge of the river inlet that leads to the ocean.
Wingello
A reasonably peaceful maintained free camping ground in a state forest, away from the noise of the Hume Highway. Pine plantations surround the area, however much of it has been re-purposed for Sport and Recreational activities.

A great spot to base yourself for adventures around the Tasman Peninsula.Large camping area. Starting point for several spectacular walks.
Lake Lonsdale
Rather dry bush camping (no facilities) in open, level woodland near the lake. Reasonable shade from scattered Yellow Gums and River Red Gums on grass covered sand with an understory of wattles.

Well established camping areas with ammenity blocks with hot showersA great spot for a family trip. From exploring the caves, swimming near the waterfall in the creek that runs through the camp grounds or fishing for trout. This is a very popular campground in peak times.
Steiglitz
Fridays is close to several bush walking trails in the Brisbane Ranges national park and Steiglitz history town. Ten sites available. Sites are closely clustered together - no privacy / screening between sites. Fire pits - each one shared between two sites.
