Our preferred choice for overnight stays has become KOA. Their sites are generally consistent in terms of easy access and departure. We had an early arrival and were permitted to check in. The staff was incredibly friendly, which is always a relief after a day of traveling. The check-in process was smooth and they guided us to our site. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. They also host an ice cream social, which we unfortunately missed, but it's a nice treat after a long day on the road. We'd consider coming back if we're in the vicinity. The only downside was the numerous song sparrows that start their day early, which could be bothersome for those sensitive to noise. As a side note, the nearest gas station is great for RVs, featuring an RV lane on the truck side with plenty of surrounding space.

The inexpensive rate advertised on the Campendium site was deceiving, but we decided to stay regardless and were delighted with our decision. We purchased various items from the campsite shop, including a memento hoodie and gifts, hotdog cooking supplies, and beverages. Each bathroom is a private room equipped with a sink and heated shower. The campsite also has a laundry facility, swimming pool, playground, outdoor gaming zone, and an indoor communal area for game nights or movie watching. There's also a waste disposal station. They even offer freshly scooped ice cream. The electric and water connections functioned flawlessly. Each campsite comes with a fire pit (wood can be obtained on-site), picnic benches, a grassy patch, and ours even had a streetlight. There's a nighttime check-in area available for when the main office is closed. We would certainly consider staying here again.

After a windy 200 mile drive we had to pull over and found this place on campendium. It was a quiet place to regroup and rest, it was early Spring so the rate M-T is $25.00. We had to stay a extra night do to the weather and it good, the site are level but tight and the place was close enough to town for supplies. Good wifi and cell .

Winter Mode; office closed. I was a drop-in due to changing weather did not want to be locked into a deposit. - - Maybe my experience could have been more positive if I had used the reservation system.- - With office closed arrivals use the Night Check-in Booth. There is only one small hard to find/read sheet of paper telling you how to proceed. Step One 'pick a site from the list below' then 'mark it off the list'. Well list was 10-days out-of-date. So it was a game of chance on picking a site with the risk being a late night wake-up for picking a current date reserved site. Very un-Professional operation. I checked "will stay again" due to location NOT how the place is managed.

This was a good take off point for bicycle riding (20+ miles) as well as driving into town to take advantage of Snake River opportunities. The road next to camp was busy. We had what was called a shared site. It was ok, and would depend on who you shared with. We had an overwatered grass area. (ie muddy). Most of campground was dirt roads, consequently the bathroom floors were either dirty or muddy in case someone showered. They were cleaned daily. Exception wifi.

Nicely kept older park. Great management, Gave puppy treats on check in. Nightly ice cream which we missed out on. We were on the outside row and noise was not an issue. Nice pool, restrooms and shower facilities. Only very slight issue was that they oiled the roads which was great for keeping dust down but did track some oil into the Trailer on the dogs feet. Price paid a bit on the high side

Pretty crowded and cramped but okay for a one night stay on our way north. Unfortunately, we ended up with a spot in the row closest to the road and it was pretty noisy with traffic all night. I would bet that the inner spots are nicer. Staff was friendly enough and site was level. Didn't use any of the amenities.

We didn't have a reservation on Wednesday, October 1 but they still had 3 spots left at 6:00pm. Staff was super friendly and the campground was very clean. Stayed in site number 40 to try to be as far away from highway noise as possible. The bathrooms are all individual units with shower and heat, which was really nice. They also have a store with all the essentials, which was helpful. Overall, a nice little KOA!

First of all the staff is friendly and has a well stocked store. The downside it is a pull through put you share the commonplace with the next camper. No privacy. Also, sadly they have several permanent campers there. One such place had a family of 6. They never came out . It was sad to watch those kids. The place could use a good cleaning.

Sites 19 thru 28 are right next to a four lane highway. Recommend running the ac or fan all night or call and see what they can do for you. Otherwise it’s a nice campground. Sites are pretty close together. People are friendly and helpful. Nice little store with pretty much whatever you need. Pool was open. At least there’s no trains or planes!
