We're not really RV Parkers, we prefer a more rustic camping experience. BUT, when you're on the road needing Wifi access for working and school, remote mountain spots are really not in the cards. We stayed here because we also wanted to explore the Bay Area on our way to SoCal (there are really a lack of campgrounds in that area with internet connectivity and space for our 30' Airstream, especially during Covid). So we took a chance. I will say the staff and the residents were so friendly. Really, really nice people, and helpful. But this is basically a mobile home park with some permanent RV residents sprinkled throughout. I'd say about 1/4 or fewer are traveling RVers. Like I said, everyone was very nice. But our spot "on the creek" was on a smelly, very small waterway with some beach beyond (but no access) and the city very far off in the distance. Where they placed us, in this "premium" spot the Wifi service was nearly nonexistent. The store is very close, so that was handy, and the laundry facilities were nice. But there is hardly any greenery to look at, and you are jammed in next to your neighbors. So go in with your eyes open and if you need an overnight stop, this would be acceptable for those who don't need a lot of ambience.

Came to dump our tanks. Arrived at 4:45 or so. Paid to dump... Then dumped. While were filling up our water tank and organizing our outside storage, a woman came out of her house looking visably angered. She walked up to me and told me that I should not have been here, because they stop allowing people to dump at 4:30 and that I needed to have stopped dumping by 5 PM. I told that I had stopped dumping a while ago and were just organizing and filling up. She then told me to hurry up and leave and walked away. I looked around for signage about the times ... Nothing... The website only says that the dumpsite closes at 5pm. After about 5-10 minutes the woman walks back out and puts up a sign that says that the dumpsite is closed. At no point did this woman tell me that she was the manager, I had to ask. To put this into further context... I am a black man and she is a white woman. I will not go back to this RV park, nor should anyone else as this service sucked. I don't know if this woman is racist or just plain rude, but this entire situation could have been handled much better.
