I booked a spot over the phone, and the young woman who assisted me was extremely helpful and answered all my queries. She provided excellent instructions and details for checking in. Upon arrival, I collected my check-in details from a glass case. After looking over the site map, I requested a spot closer to the bathhouse, which was granted without any issues. As I navigated the poorly maintained driveway, I reached my designated spot. However, the site was on a slope and the sewer was elevated, making it impossible to empty my tank. The electrical and cable connections were damaged, but luckily I had an adapter to convert the 50 to 30. Despite the office's assurances, there was no Wi-Fi available. I made do and decided to wait for the next day. I noticed several individuals who seemed to be living out of their commercial trailers, and there were multiple people residing in a single small trailer. There were also large dogs wandering around without leashes, which made me feel unsafe to leave my vehicle the following day. I spoke to a surveyor who was marking the ground for cable/Wi-Fi installation as I was trying to leave. The bathhouse was poorly lit and in need of renovation. I didn't feel secure and wouldn't recommend this place. I wouldn't return either. The noise from military aircraft and the proximity to traffic were additional drawbacks.

44.55/night with Good Sam discount (tax included) In the area and definitely needed full hook ups. Easy access off I-29 (not too far from I-90). Called the day of for reservations, employee was super nice on the phone. If you follow the directions to the park on their website you will be able to make a right turn into the campground without making a U turn. Check in process was easy, and employee was very helpful. Campsite paved with a paved parking pad for your vehicle as well. We chose a back in site because it was cheaper. Sites are a little odd that you back right up to your neighbor. Luckily the site was long enough and we still had about 5 feet behind us with some room to spare up front. We are a 37 foot class A. Also, the parking pad for the vehicle is not on the camp side, it’s on the opposite side of the RV. Nothing terrible about that, it’s just different. There are quite a few long term residents, but sites are all very neat and they were friendly. We were in the South campground section which had a decent amount of space between sites. We also had grass and a picnic table. The west campground section which had more of the pull through as was more like a parking lot. So glad we went with the back in. I feel like it would’ve been a very different experience in the other sites. There was some airport & traffic noise, but not terrible. Location was great, would stay here again if I’m the area.

Reservation was done over the phone - and all of the items they said they were going to email me didn’t show up in my inbox until I called them later in the afternoon - with the exception of the wi-fi password. Site 18 was on our registration but it was occupied when we arrived. Called the office and then the site Manager who said to park wherever we wanted and he shared where to locate the password. No cable at this time. Okay for an overnite stop. Sites are level and clean.

This is a city campground just off of the interstate. You can hear the traffic of the interstate and there are no breath taking views or placid lakes to go fishing at. That said, it was fairly ideal for what we needed. A place to stay and hook up at after the first of November. They answered the phone during the day and were very helpful and friendly. The campground was tidy and the utilities were in very good shape. Our spot was paved and level. A bit closer to our neighbors than we liked but for one night we couldn’t complain. Overall a good place to stay when you’re just passing through.

All the properties we look into, in this area, were expensive and on an the interstate...this property was no exception . We paid $50/night with Good Sam. Office staff was very nice and the property was well maintained however, the sites are poorly designed with some of the front pull through sites being a literal parking lot with hookups. Road noise is very loud and there's the added bonus of a local airfield being close by. Location and office staff are the reasons we would consider staying here again.
