As permanent RV dwellers, we booked a spot for the entire month of May in 2022. The park was peaceful during weekdays, though it got a bit crowded on weekends and holidays. The park's amenities might be aged, but we were self-sufficient in our RV and didn't need them often. The park employees were preparing for the summer rush and were all friendly. The camp store was stocked with basic necessities. The layout of the campground was a bit unusual, with old and new sections, but it provided good routes for walking our dog. The older section was filled with mature trees and shade, while the newer area was more sparse. We chose to stay in the older, more shaded area, but the only downside was the excessive tree sap that accumulated on our RV's roof. The laundry facilities were kept clean. Despite some ongoing construction on the main road, the campground was conveniently located near local amenities. We frequently cycled to nearby bike trails. The internet service was decent, though it required some boosting. Starlink isn't feasible in the older section due to tree cover, but the newer section has an unobstructed view of the sky, so it should work there. All in all, our stay was peaceful and we plan on returning during the off-peak seasons.

We stayed here for 4 days, and spent most of our time visiting friends so didn’t spend a lot of time there. The pool was ok, the playground equipment was ancient, the game room needed serious updating and the “fishing pond” is completely surrounded by thick cattails aside from a couple openings. One half of the campground is wooded, the other is basically an open field with gravel paths. I would only stay here again if I had a wooded spot. Packed in pretty tight, but easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly, but got a little testy when they wanted to charge our friend a small fee to simply come pick us up, which she politely declined. Overall decent, busy place that could use some upgrades.

This review is our experience during our stay. This park is very conveniently located, the entrance to the park is very confusing. With a narrow one lane bridge to navigate with a 43’ fifty wheel was not ideal and the lack of signage for the office. The office staff was rude and unhelpful. The park is extremely dusty and was not a memorable or enjoyable visit. They need to take care of the entrance for larger rigs.

We only stayed for a quick overnight and it was good. It is a very large campground and the sites are close together. Staff and park seem very well organized, very friendly. We stayed in the older part w lots of trees and grass but the bathrooms are older. The newer section has newer bathrooms but not many trees. Seems there are lots of locals camping there w children.

Car trouble led me to Timberline. My tow vehicle had to have service due to an engine issue and needed to find a park for my Airstream. Timberline was able to get me into a full hookup spot on a holiday weekend! When I asked if they could recommend anyone who could tow the trailer, Marta said that her husband would come get me! I was amazed! Matt came, towed me to the campground, and wouldn't take anything for helping me out. He said, "That's what we do." I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a lovely park and great people!
