About The Forest Dome
Nestled within the indigenous Tsitsikamma forest, a meandering boardwalk leads you onto a spacious deck where you will find our Forest Dome. The accommodation in Tsitsikamma features a wood fired hot tub, self catering home comforts and complete privacy. Our friendly team will ensure that your 'once upon a dome' experience is truly one of a kind. The outdoor - indoor living experience is unique in that you are totally private and feel as if you are the only guests at the reserve. The white canvas triangular shaped dome is cosy and is furnished with a King-size bed. There is a television with Netflix, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. After a fantastic nights sleep, step into the spacious his and hers shower with gorgeous views of the forest. The bathroom also offers heated towel rails. The kitchen and bathroom share a solid roof, wrapped around the side of the Dome. For a bit of home away from home feeling the Forest Dome offers an open air self catering kitchenette with a gas hob, fridge and microwave offering everything you need for your convenience. Laze on the chill net whilst reading a book, listening to the sounds of the forest. Relax in the eco friendly wood fired hot tub while watching the spectacular sunset. Recap on the day while enjoying a braai on the deck using the gas braai and chilling at the cocktail bar. We also offer a turn down service. The restaurant menu, braai and picnic basket room service is available. We offer on site activities which include scenic indigenous forest walks and a guided David Lane hiking trail, fresh water fishing as well as a 9 hole mashie chip and wedge golf course.
