Awful recreational area, poorly maintained. We were forced to endure four days there. The recreational vehicle adjacent to ours had a persistent water leak, which the maintenance team failed to address during our entire stay, causing a mini flood around the vehicle. The laundry facility had an odd odor. We also reported a leaky tap in our area, but it was neglected throughout our stay. Numerous kids were freely running around the site, which was quite disruptive. The management and upkeep services were subpar. On a positive note, the mountain views were stunning. However, we have no plans to revisit.

Old location. Sites close together, which made for difficult exiting when towing. Neighbor took out hose bib. Rarely saw staff and were not very happy/friendly.

Stayed one night in this KOA and was sorry. Maybe 10 feet between sites. I had a back in site to get some shade. The sewer connection was at the front of the site so I had to park all the way forward for my hose to reach. The restroom was terrible. Only one of six toilets was not plugged. No toilet paper or soap. Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is because I asked for a shady spot and they gave me one.

We usually boondock but visited this KOA for its laundry and showers. While the location isn't beautiful and the internet is poor the rest was awesome. The site were nicely spaced for a KOA and there were a few trees. The laundry room and bathhouse was newly renovated. I took a nice hot shower after a dip in the pool. The laundry had 3 washers and dryers. The pool was clean and warm and the pool area organized. Full hookups were nice and the area was quiet as once could expect for the location. Most sites were pull through. The dog park did have a bit of shade. They do not sell propane but recommended a local business close by with good prices. I had 1 bar of Verizon 5G, but it didn't act like 5G and we had 2 bars of AT&T 5G. We were unable to use Starlink due to the trees.

We did not check out the showers or bathrooms and that’s why we left 4 stars. Also there is a arcade area for the kids! Nice pool avd clean dig areas. Our site was on the back row and was a back in. We fit fine but sites are tight IF the campground was full which it was not. When I went to book the site, there were only two available…and there were MANY open sites… so that leads me to believe they do not pack people in. The staff were friendly avd it’s right across from a liquor store! Lol. We had a very quiet peaceful stay. The only down fall (and this is everywhere for us being from Arizona) is the mosquitoes! Tis the season! Lol But otherwise can’t agree with the negative reviews. The grounds were clean everywhere we went.

The price should have been our first clue and darn it, I should have checked the satellite images! It’s basically a trailer park and honestly, I don’t think some of the rigs are even able to move any longer. Combine that with kids running around until midnight, making tons of noise (on a Monday night), a train on one side, the freeway on the other, made for a long night. But wait! I didn’t even get to the barking dogs that started at the crack of dawn and having to navigate around poop piles in our sad strip of grass. The front entrance was pretty and the people who ran it (plus the residents) were extremely friendly, so I will give it that.

Stayed week of January 9th. My trailer was winterized so used KOA Shower. Water temperature never got above just mildly warm AND no heaters in shower stalls . . . it was in the 30's outside . . .

Busy campground with a mix of long termers and overnighters. Pull thru spaces were tight. Our site the pavement was nice and smooth and grass green and lush, other sites were not as nice. Amenities were also hit or miss (6 washers and dryers, only 3 working) Short office hours. Bathrooms/showers were cleaned daily (early), but the large number of construction workers, tended to mess them up quickly. Ok for a quick overnight and I'd stay there for that. Otherwise, I'd look for something else. One weird occurrence that happened was a trailer was leaving and forgot to take in their awning. As they were travelling down the lane between the pull thrus, the awning hit a Tiffin Allegro bus. It literally took out the drivers side window, glass everywhere. Fortunately no one was hurt.

We stayed at the Springville/ Provo Utah KOA in September 2021. This is a full service KOA with nice FHU 50 amp pull-thru sites which were long, wide and level. This KOA is one of the nicer KOA’s that we have stayed at. It is very well managed with a professional, friendly staff. It does have a pool, children’s play area and group area with two bbqs. It has lots of grassy area to walk your pups and we met many friendly fellow travelers here. I highly recommend this park. Excellent pool, clean bath and toilet areas. Very pleased that we could get 2 spaces within an hour considering the temps were 96F and boon docking was not an option. Unsure what cost was as daughter paid for both sites.

Stayed here for one night. Clean place. Spots are very close together. Can’t imagine staying here for more than a one night stop over.

Only stayed here for a night. Staff was super friendly and the location was convenient as far as it being next to a gas station if you had to grab some supplies. The sites however are super close to one another. Most people were awning to awning or slide out to awnings with their neighbors. Water pressure was good power pedestal was fine. The sewer connection was broken at my site but still usable. Pretty quiet in the evening. A bit pricey for everything that’s offered here in my opinion but it was a fine stay.

Clean and quiet park. I liked that every spot had a grass patch but the spots are so close together. Our awning was inches from hitting our neighbor. There is a train track right next to the park but we, surprisingly rarely heard it. Overall, I would stay there again but wasn’t impressed my much of it.

All the things one needs for an overnight stay. Good reservation system, easy check in, friendly staff. The spaces are tight, but paved, clean and level. WiFi was strong but unsecured and open. We would absolutely stay here again. Only 4 stars due to small space and no cable TV

Definitely not the nicest KOA we’ve visited — older rigs throughout the park, no trash pickup and the trash cans are few and far between. However, for the location (30 minutes to Sundance & 1 hr to Park City) & price ($40/night including taxes with KOA membership), you can’t beat it. We were in site 205 and the wifi was excellent. We were both able to conduct our work video conferences throughout the day.

If you're looking for the cleanest, roomiest campground around, this may not be for you. But if you need a place to set up camp for a day or two as you're passing through the area, the Springville/Provo KOA will probably suffice. We rolled in Friday afternoon around 5:30. Check in was easy-the young lady at the front desk was friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Our site (410) was dirty when we pulled into it (a couple soda/drink bottles on the table, two dirty rags on the ground, an old doormat that was left behind and trash, including a razor, on the grass.) Not a great first impression. We noticed that the sites were fairly tight as well. We were able to put our slide out and awning out, but had there been people on either side of us, it would have been super close. There are bathrooms available-individual rooms with toilets and showers. But stay away from room #1-it is filthy and doesn't have a towel dispenser or hand dryer. So you're on your own for hand drying. All the rooms look to be pretty dated and could use a little updating. There are a lot of long term residents in the park, which can be hit or miss. In our experience, we actually made friends with a few of the residents and had no problem with anyone. People respected quiet hours and we didn't have any trouble with neighbors. The pool area looked nice, although we didn't swim. There is also a club house and a pavilion-also amenities that we didn't use, but appreciated were available. The trees are mature and there is some shade, although on a hot August day, the sun was beating down on us pretty good. Overall, this place has potential with just a little more attention to the cleanliness and upkeep. We will likely return to see our new friends who call this KOA their home.

Great clean park. It was tight spaces but we didn’t have a problem with our 36 ft fifth wheel. The laundry and bath houses were clean and open 24 hours. If you run your air you will not hear any road noise. It was very quiet for us for an overnight stay to recharge and do laundry.
