We are staying here for the summer season working at Dollywood. While it has many permanent sites with some old units in place for a long time. It is well run and quite except for the 321 highway noise. While it is something we have gotten used to it may bother someone staying for just a few days. They just made a huge mistake to note. They cut down shrubs and tree limbs that were a buffer for road noise from 321. It is now twice as loud as before .We had gotten use to the old road noise ,but not this time. It was a hugely stupid mistake to cut the trees back. If I could find another place in the next few weeks I'll leave. The noise is to much now. The owner runs a tight ship and doesn't allow trouble makers at all. The rest rooms are kept very clean and the grounds also. It is an older campground , but has been kept up. The power is clean and they have good internet. We stream TV all we need or want. The setting is rather nice with the Smokies Mountain National park right out your back door. The views of the mountains are great. We like the place and would have stayed here longer if not for the trees being cut back doubling up the road noise. Just know one thing. There is road noise you will have to get used to if you can. The first month and half the road did not bother us much. Now forget this place if you can find some place else, go there. At least until the trees and shrubs grow back in a couple years. We camped at Smoker Holler RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
