We were in search of a motorhome campsite near the tattoo studio my significant other was visiting. As members of Thousand Trails, this site was within our network. We had read numerous unfavorable reviews about this site, which made us nervous about our booking decision. However, I prefer to form my own opinions. Upon arrival, we quickly realized that the negative comments were not accurate. I'm not sure if this was due to recent improvements, but in my opinion, the resort was lovely. The swimming pool was inviting, and all facilities were functioning properly. Water, electricity, sewerage, and dirt-related issues were non-existent. Most of the pitches here are drive-through. The game room had two video games, but only one was operational when I visited. I'm not sure if this was due to the remote worker present at the time, but I'm just stating what I observed. The communal bathrooms, although old, were clean. However, I would still advise wearing shower sandals. I have my own shower in my caravan, so I use that. The cable TV was excellent and problem-free. At the time of this review, the nightly rate was $69. As a Thousand Trails member, this site was part of my membership. The campsite was tranquil and serene. The Verizon service was excellent at my site, number 248. Other providers may struggle. I use Travelfi for internet, and initially, it connected to a poor carrier, causing buffering. After changing carriers, it worked perfectly. We plan to return to this site in the future.
