We weren’t expecting much when we checked into this place based on the reviews that are out there but we were actually pleasantly surprised. Yes… The camping is super crowded but everyone is an RV so it’s very quiet. The little airport across the street has a deck you can walk to and listen to the air traffic controller on speakers. It was kind of cool. There’s tons of biking paths all around. Just cross the street get on the biking path forward to the left and it takes you to all kinds of other paths in parks. We were there to visit friends in Naples so it served its purpose and we were fine. Oh …and don’t expect any Wi-Fi although they advertise that they have it

Sadly, the Google 1/5 (1 star) recommendations for this park are spot on. From the cramped sites to the office staff attitude, I found a new low bar set for hospitality expressed to weary travelers, especially those that only intend to stay a week. If you are one of those unlucky people (regardless previously being assigned a site#) be prepared to be bumped on the day you arrive parallel to the road next to the office where your awning will open up into the street. The staff has lost perspective and is adversarial with the guests at every turn. I grew weary of listening to empty apologies followed by the staff blaming the new owners and the computer system for their own ineptitude. As is the case with many acquisitions in the hospitality industry, the new owners had best bite the bullet and replace the office staff. They are not honest, angry and these attributes are destined to drag this park down further from where it stands now in the ratings.

This is a 55+ campground. It doesn’t say that here, so I thought I’d let you know. We haven’t stayed because we don’t fit the demographic.
