We stayed here mid-week while passing through. After boondocking for almost a week, it was a great place to stop for an overnight with full hook ups. We had dinner at the restaurant, and our waitress Kara/Cara was so attentive. Food was better than we expected, too! I would suspect that the weekends would be much more lively than a weeknight, but it was very quiet and calm while we were there. We arrived after hours, but our reservation envelope was taped to the office door and clearly marked our space. I agree that it could be really muddy, depending on rain, but overall, I’d stay here again.

We had a 50 amp FHU pull through with cable. Long enough we didn’t have to unhook. Office staff was friendly/polite but not wearing masks. There are a lot of seasonal campers. But they appear to save some sites for those traveling. We got burgers to go from the bar/restaurant And they were good. Cable worked fine. Internet was not great. Looked like it could easily become a mud hole if it rained a lot.

Campground itself was busy all weekend long. The restaurant featured local bands Friday and Saturday nights. The bar/restaurant seemed to be a bit chaotic from being closed during Covid. Showers weren’t busy but needed some attention on pressure and draining. Plenty of hot water. Pool was well kept. Overall, spaces were very close together which hindered relaxation. Friends tent camped as well with a nice site nearby.
