This campground has a lot of nice things about it, but also had some things that make it go from a potential 4 star to a 3 star in our minds. Here’s our breakdown. Pros: Sites are decently sized and most are pull through with FHU. We were on site 18 which is right up front so we actually didn’t have a camper on the front side of us and had a bit of a “yard” which was nice. It gave our dogs plenty of room to roam. Speaking of dogs, the campground offers a nice little dog park area to allow your dogs to run around in. They also have an area with corn hole boards and a community fire pit that saw a lot of the campers one night sitting around talking and playing music so that was charming. The staff were also very nice each time we interacted with them. The wi-fi was not great but surprisingly good enough that both my wife and I were able to work off of it most days and even able to stream TV from it, though sometimes we had to fall back on our hotspot. They also offer multiple networks so that was great! Cons: The water pressure. I know that’s not necessarily a deal breaker but the water pressure was awful. Sometimes it would be normal but most of the time it was a stream the size of a pencil or smaller (as you can see in the pictures) and that was with it turned up as high as it would go (which wasn’t much, you basically just had on and off on the faucet). Weirdly enough we never had issues with the shower for the most part but the sinks were almost always terrible. The website mentions that their spots are all shaded but out of the 85 sites we saw, maybe 10 that had any kind of shade which can be tough on hot days. The campground was near either an airport or military base because there were multiple large airplanes and jets that flew over every day which was obviously loud. Overall this was a nice campground, not our favorite by any means but certainly not a bad one. It seems like most people at this campground are either living there full time or seasonally but all sites are well kept so it doesn’t look trashy at all. If not for the water pressure and lack of shade we probably would have given it 4 stars.

We came to Maine to see the fall colors and were not disappointed. Stayed for 4 nights with full hook-ups. All sites were pull-through and we had a fire pit delivered for use during our stay. Firewood was readily available for $5 a bundle, however is was pretty green wood so I would look for a kiosk outside the resort. Very friendly staff and a large grassy dog park where we could exercise our girls with Chuck It and Frisby. They even provided water and poo bags. I used the laundry for $2 each wash and dry which did the job. Propane was also available. Would definitely stay here again.

We really loved this place. It's big rig friendly, wide open, easy to maneuver, and clean. It has laundry and decent WIFI. You can pay $10 and get a ticket good for two days that will allow you to wash your RV! You can have your mail delivered here, and they recognize those "200 Rainbow Drive" addresses, as the lady working had one herself. They truly understand full-timers! And judging by some of the very large and very expensive class A's here, they are a trusted by others as well. We wish more RV parks like this existed.
