The owner is very helpfull and accommodating. I stayed in a river view chalet and envisaged being close to the water but in fact the river is just visible in the distance between other tents- this was a bit disappointing. The chalet is self catering but does provide basics such as plates, cups, knives and forks. There are no pots or washing up items such as sponges, cloths or drying towels so do make sure you take your own. All bedding and towels were provided. The lighting however is very poor and you will need a headlamp for activities in the chalet at night - it is just too dark to function without one. Take along some portable LED lamps. In general the chalet was quite comfortable. The food in the restaurant is great - pizzas excellent! I will stay here again but will definitely take additional lighting.
