The staff at the hotel were very helpful and efficient. The a la carte meals served in the hotel were of good quality and reasonably priced. We had a good base in Springbok from where we could visit surrounding areas to view the flowers and birds.

This was not a happy stay. The website was misleading, implying that there were single bed options, space between units (see photograph herewith) , and one even showed a small verandah. Instead 2 single women found only double bed options (in spite of a phone call confirming single beds). The wooden huts have been placed about 2 meters apart like a military barracks. There is a sense of greed in cramming too many units into the space available. The building of the wooden huts is quite shoddy. The self catering facilities were very limited. They were new, and so immaculately clean.
