We've stayed here many times over a decade or more. The pros: Lots of tress for shade, spacious sites, clean facilities. The cons: Facilities are for the most part clean such as the pool area and bathrooms, however they don't check sites in between those coming and going. It would be nice if they would wipe down the picnic tables and benches as well as pick up the area. Some people leave trash, beer cans, etc.. behind that the next person coming in has to clean up. The wi-fi, cable, antennae connections don't give you anything! So if it's raining or too cold to be outside don't count on using your t.v. unless you have your own source. The noise from the freeway is loud and constant, especially for sites #7-#17 where you don't have a sewer connection only water and electric. It would be great if a developer opened something up in northern Arizona, Sun Outdoors perhaps! There are so many people wanting to get out of the valley heat during the summer, but limited options for cooling off up north.

We stayed here one night as a replacement for our National forest reservation that was canceled due to wildfires. We stayed here in mid May and the pool was not open even though it was 80:degrees. Park has all the usual amenities and was clean. Our site was close to the interstate so there was road noise.

Stayed a week. Staff was friendly. Has a general store and a nice pool. Has a bar and restaurant right on premises. Wifi was excellent I didn’t even need to use my hotspot. Can hear some highway 17 noise. They have a lot of cute tiny homes right next to RV park. Really nice tiny home community. Lots of hiking nearby. I would stay again.

We were traveling from SD to Yuma, AZ and it was not easy finding campgrounds or boondocking. This campground was right on our route hwy 17 and they were open for reservations for a few more days then they close for the season. We booked a 30 amp water/electric pull thru. Lots of trees with big limbs so you need to be careful parking your rig and with slideouts and awnings. This is a big RV park and I'm sure it is a busy place in season. The sites are very tight and close together. This RV park worked for us for a one night stay and we'd stay one night again but probably not any longer.
