Stayed here for just under a month in August. It gets booked up during the winter seasons (beginning Oct/Nov) but there were plenty of spots when we stayed. Very nice pool to cool off in, Walmart is only 3 minutes down the road and they even have bikes to borrow. Only complaint would be the grass spots (nightly spots are paved).
