Camping Lido is een prettige camping met een vriendelijke eigenaar. Goed sanitair, douche wel prijzig. Je kunt in een klein half uurtje naar het dorpje lopen, maar de camping heeft ook een eigen restaurant met kleine kaart.

Camping ligt direct aan de Schliersee. Dorp op loopafstand. In het dorp volop mogelijkheden voor eten/drinken, sauna en zwembad. Treinrails loopt achter de camping langs maar gaf ons geen hinder. Per uur komt het treintje twee maal langs, 's nachts niet. Trein brengt je in een uur in München. In de Schliersee is een eiland waarop restaurant te vinden is. Deze is met de rondvaartboot te bereiken. Idyllisch, net als het uitzicht. Werkelijk prachtige omgeving!
