Door corona was het hier heel rustig. Het sanitair is aan een opknapbeurt toe, is verouderd. En wanneer er meer mensen zouden zijn dan is er niet genoeg sanitair en het zwembad te klein. Lokale jongeren spelen luidruchtig in de naast gelegen, niet toegankelijke beek. Het restaurant is niet van de camping en wordt apart uitgebaat. St Marie is een slaperig dorpje met een goede bakker en een ijswinkel.
