Le Lac in France

We stayed her for only one night but wished we could have stayed for a couple more days. The pitches are a good size, each have a water tap and the toilet block is amazing (separated male and female, fully heated and there are seats on the loos!) The lake is very pretty and it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to stroll around it. The lake is accessed from the campsite entrance which leads onto the sandy beach area. Part of the lake is allocated for fishing (licences available from the local Tabac). The shops are 10 minutes walk away. There's also a small supermarket and a wonderful Boulanger/Patissiere. Apparently there is a good restaurant too. Whilst there we did the green bike tour (5 miles through beautiful countryside) and there are longer ones which the owner can show you. ....; And now we come to the owner - what a character! He makes a point of talking to all his guests to make sure that everything is OK and within minutes he is relating comical anecdotes.

Camping conforme à la description qu'en avait fait le gérant au téléphone; calme, très propre, lac avec petite plage; le couple qui nous accueille n'est pas avare de conseils et idées pour nous faire passer un séjour adapté à nos envies. Emplacements bien enherbés et ombragés. Des jeux disponibles pour les enfants à l'accueil. Friterie bien sympa juste à l'entrée du camping. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Camping particulièrement adapté aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Départ des pistes cyclables à moins de 30 minutes en voiture (Canal du centre et axe Cluny-Mâcon) ; possibilité sinon de rouler immédiatement le long de canaux empruntés par les voitures mais sans une fréquentation énorme; magnifique château de Digoine à 10 min en vélo; bibliothèque de Palinges très accueillante et bien achalandée en BD; village de Charolles à 15 minutes avec excellente viande au prix compétitif; superbe feu d'artifice du 15 août etc etc...

Na een flinke warme fietstocht kwamen aan bij deze camping, zeer gastvrij met name voor fietsers. Voor fietsers is er een apart veld met iedere plek een pergola met schaduwdoek, stroom met normale stopcontacten, water, gratis gebruik van koelkast en wasmachine. Voor de kinderen van 6 en 9 was er een heerlijk zwembad, springkussen en ander vermaak. Het strandje is opgedoekt, in het meertje mag helaas niet mee gezwommen worden. Eigenaren zijn zeer attent en gastvrij. Verder zijn er wat diverse leuke verhuur accommodaties. Echt een aanrander voor een perfecte stop.

Leuke spontane camping Pm te komen. Nieuwe eigenaren, heerlijk fris zwembad en goede eetgelegenheid . Gastvrij , behulpzaam en niets is teveel. Zeer schoon sanitair en ruime plekken

Het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf (4 nachten): boven 30 graden maar het meertje was heerlijk om te zwemmen en het boompje op onze plek bood net genoeg schaduw. Het zandstrand viel tegen, het is nogal grof zand en je kunt er niet mee bouwen. De speeltuin is voor kleine kinderen, jonger dan 7. Veel gasten volgen de fietsroute en overnachten alleen in hun trekkerstentje en ook andere gasten bleven nog korter dan wij. Nauwelijks nederlandse kinderen gezien. We misten daardoor het contact met andere campinggasten. De eigenaresse was niet zo aardig, de man juist wel. De eetgelegenheid was een tent voor de camping, nogal smoezelig. Sanitair was fijn, zelfs gratis wasmachine. Brood bij de receptie te bestellen, behalve maandag. Lekker rustig met mooi uitzicht op het meertje.
