The team was amiable and knowledgeable about the locality, swimming area, boat storage options, and the spots were a bit snug for our 35-foot caravan, but it was simple to balance. Full amenities were available, including cable, but we didn't connect to it!

Check in was a very simple process… The location of the park was very close to everything and anything Manatee. Staff was friendly pool was clean and Park was very quiet. There are a few long-term resident sites but all were very friendly. Boat parking if you bring one with you is available as well as propane and ice to purchase. Some sites are a little close together but definitely not a bad place for a short stay.

This place is for seasonals and annual weekenders, with an occasional vacant space for travelers. It appears that many sites are owned with concrete pads, screened porches and storage sheds. That would be okay but the space we got was so tight we could not put out an awning or a carpet on a 25' camper van. The trailer next to us was on concrete blocks in the air (no skirting), and rusted wheels. The picnic table was so old, rotten and nasty that it has not been usable for a very long time. There was no place to even set out our chairs except right at the road. The place needs some TLC Had to search for a trash can. Only place in a large park to drop poo bags was in the dog park. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Location great but there is road noise.
