Haines City is a 55+ community that accomodates both mobile homes and RV'S. It is centrally located behind the new CVS on Rt. 27 in Haines City. It is 2 minutes to Wal-Mart, restaurants, and golf. This community has a lake, pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and laundry room. This is a community that enjoys social activities! This park is a very well maintained community and is almost full.
