Older campground with well-spaced sites. Has Wi-Fi, but signal is erratic, fluctuating frequently. Showers are free and very clean. Lots of seasonal sites, but most we’re waiting for the weekend, it would appear; only a handful of campers here during our M-F stay. Bugs not bad; outside noise pretty minimal, although the PA system from a nearby summer camp could be heard at times (“Reveille” at 7:45AM LOL!). Close to Lenox, a good location for Tanglewood goers; also close to Mt. Greylock for hiking and Ashtuwillticook rail trail. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but for quiet and location midweek, pleasant enough (and less expensive than October Mountain for out-of-staters!)

We booked this park based on one review. We pulled into a very run down park and the host asked if we had extra long hoses for water and electric. We didn’t have so she lent us a long electric cable. Our site used to be (still is) a seasonal campsite. The prior tenants left and she was renting it out for the summer. We have a 25’ travel trailer and there was no way to back into the site and still get to the water/electric. Even with her extra electric cable we wouldn’t be able to do anything but dry camp. Based on the appearance of the campsite and condition of the road going to our site we decided to leave. The host was quite gracious and refunded our deposit.

Small, family owned campground. Most RV sites are reserved for seasonal campers. Tent sites are small but each have their own water hookup which is very cool. Bath house extremely well-maintained and clean. Other amenities such as the playground, recreation center, etc. could use a little TLC. This campground would be a challenge for x-large RVs or coaches as turns are quite tight. Location couldn't be better for exploring area activities. Mt. Greylock State Reservation is only 20 minutes away. Free wi-fi worked, but if one wanted to watch videos or do extensive projects on the internet, personal wi-fi enhancements would be necessary. Owners friendly, professional and easy to work with. They have done a fantastic job ensuring safety during COVID times.
