Eagle View RV Campground

W16270 Cty RD D & F
54728, Chetek
Wisconsin, the United States

Located in the Indianhead country of Northwest Wisconsin Eagle View RV Camp is a newer RV park with old fashioned values, shaded sites, hiking trails, and wildlife. Come see for yourself true splendor of the northwoods. All sites are full hook-ups! We are an "off the lake" campground, but have many lakes nearby, within minutes. Eagle View is located halfway between the Chetek and Island chain of lakes.

There is a huge "village" of seasonal campers here but they are separate from the tourists and the whole place is very clean and obviously well maintained. Not much business in the overnight section after Labor Day and we had no near neighbors. They do have access to the Chippewa River, down a gravel road, but no beach. Full hookups with no issues. They have campground wi-fi but don't count on it. You might get an email out occasionally but it's pathetic. We had great connections with our hotspots (Verizon and AT&T). Also tons of broadcast TV stations. Nice play facilities for the kids. The washer and dryer are free!!! Worked well too.

We were only staying one night originally but extended it to 2. The sites for overnighters were in the open but well maintained with fire pits and tables. If we knew originally we were going to add a night we could have gotten among the very y’all pine trees. LTE signal was good. Playground, laundry and bathroom-basic but clean. The only negative would be that they were grass sites and if it rained hard for several days you could get bogged in with the grass sites, but we didn’t have any issues.
