This was once an affordable RV park for elderly individuals living on a fixed income. However, the new proprietors, residing in Palm Springs, have become avaricious. Initially, they eliminated cable TV, then they discontinued the seasonal discount, subsequently they increased the rent by $50 in one go. Now, they've also disconnected Wi-Fi and hiked the rent another $45, leaving the elderly unable to access the internet for bill payments or banking. They've been dishonest about the Wi-Fi situation, claiming it's just a temporary issue. However, it's been "temporarily" down for over three months now. The park is simply a dirt lot that becomes a massive mud puddle when it rains, with no level pads for parking, and dogs are permitted to roam freely and defecate everywhere. Their goal is to exploit those on a fixed income, pocketing the profits. Some elderly residents have been pushed out and rendered homeless, as the rising costs of food and fuel already had them struggling to make ends meet. The irrigation system meant to water the plants separating the sites at night is broken, causing all the plants to die, and they have no plans to repair it. There's only one public shower and restroom for each gender. The door locks are broken and men have been found using the women's shower when the men's is occupied. The park manager's hours have been reduced to noon to 5 PM three days a week, and the owners are never present. They remain in their luxurious home in Palm Springs, never even visiting the park. This leaves the underpaid manager to handle all the issues. Their advertisement still claims they offer free cable TV, seasonal discounts, and free Wi-Fi, but they've done away with all these perks while increasing the site rent by $100 a month. Steer clear of this place; it's a shambles managed by ruthless landlords.
