We spent 5 days at this well-kept campsite with well-distributed locations. There were no unattended caravan spots. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer care. We experienced some electrical issues, but they were promptly resolved and we were even given a compensation! The campsite also boasts a lovely pool and offers views of agricultural lands from the rear spots. The only disadvantage is the sound of vehicles from the nearby road.

In 2023, we began our adventures at Country Acres Campground in Gordonville, PA, which was a fantastic choice to kick off our travels. This campground is a prime location for exploring the Amish community in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and it's just an hour's drive to Hersheypark. We parked our RV and toad at site #837, which was spacious, flat, and covered in gravel, as were all the other sites and paths in the campground. We had all the amenities we needed at our site: full hookups, reliable wi-fi, cable TV, a picnic table, fire pit, and a well-maintained grassy space between sites. Becci, the staff member who assisted us during check-in and check-out, was incredibly kind. They also allowed us to check out at 2:00 pm, which we appreciated. Additionally, they provided complimentary tickets for the Amish Farmland Bus Tour. There's a simple tree near the main office. The swimming pool was not open during our stay. They also gave us a 10% discount for being Good Sam members, which was a nice gesture. In conclusion, we had a wonderful time at Country Acres Campground and we're excited to return! WHAT I LIKED: The campground was clean and well-kept, the atmosphere was peaceful with friendly neighbors, all RVs looked well-kept and there were no seasonal sites, and it was conveniently located near Route 30.

We stayed in the #800 site area, and it’s great, super short walking distance to Motel 6 if you have family who want to be close but not in an RV. This area of the park has 2 washers and 3 dryers, bathrooms (with showers, I believe). There is a small dog run beside the kids play area. The play area is really cute. This area is nice if you want to be close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. The front office are pretty good with communication. Starlink doesn’t work well here because of the trees, but cell service is great.

In the heart of Amish country . Everything is spotless clean and maintained . Sites are nice and the pool is awesome . There is some highway noise mostly from truck drivers in love with their Jake brakes . Very good wi fi .

It’s a very clean campground. Staff was super friendly. Close to all the attractions. The campground had very thing you needed without having to leave the property. Next time in the area planning on stopping again. Only down side depending on the site you can hear the semi’s going down the road. Very thing else off set the noise.

A wonderful experience in the middle of a corn field. Nice, level gravel sites with lots of room between sites. All had picnic tables and fire rings. Free wi-fi. The are was quiet, except for distant truck noise from Route 30, but it was not bad! The bathhouses (two) were immaculate clean! All had shower stalls and restroom facilities. Also had three washers and dryers. The facility was very well-maintained. As were the playground equipment. We had the overall feeling of home! We will return next year.

Very well-maintained park and close to all the area attractions in the heart of Amish Country. We had a wonderful, large site with a fire pit and picnic table. Great, friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay at this park.

I think we got lucky and got one of the better sites that actually had some space. The place is very clean and our site was level. We didn’t use any of the facilities. There is a pretty good amount of road noise that didn’t die down as much as I thought it would. We stayed there based on location for some things we were in the area to do.

Very nice campground overall. Our site bordered a parking lot (High privacy fence) and we could hear road noise. Neat, clean, and well maintained. Nice dog run on a hill. Clean bath house. Pull through sites available. Our site was very level, but electric hook up was on the left side of RV, good thing we had an extension cord. Fire ring was in the grass away from tables and sitting area, so we didn’t use it. Rained hard one night and we had large puddles of moving water, but good drainage after the rain. No standing puddles.
