Fantastic campground off the map. You’re right between two hot springs so very easy access to visit. There’s a clean vault toilet & front row access to a beautiful river. It is right along the road so you do hear some road noise but very quiet at night time. There’s 7 campsites ranging in size. No cell service for any carrier. Met some awesome people here and would definitely visit again! Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find 5 open spots. First come first serve & free. Not a lot of solar site options if needing, may not be the best spot.

Good description by the previous reviewer. Many campgrounds to choose from along Idaho 12, but this one is free! As mentioned, you are a long way from cell service, but this campground gets bonus location points from me for being on one of America's best motorcycle roads and close to the Jerry Johnson hot springs.

We spent the night here on the way to Lewiston ID. Quick and easy spot along the river. There is absolutely no cell coverage for at least an hour drive in either direction. The campground has a pit toilet and about 8 campsites. No other amenities. The first spot was large enough for our 43' fifth wheel but most of the other sites would only handle small trailers or tent campers. It is between the river and the road so you do get road noise but there was very little traffic so it was not a problem. I also noticed several other pullouts before and after this spot so if it is full you should be able to find another campground within a few miles. Very few were probably able to handle a large rig though.
