At our 1st night at a caravan we discovered bed bugs (BETTWANZEN) and wanted a refund. The owner acted like it was normal and didn't give us our money back. No more words needed. Durante la nostra prima notte in il caravan abbiamo scoperto le cimici dei letti e volevamo un rimborso. Il proprietario si è comportato come se fosse normale e non ci ha restituito i soldi. Non servono più parole.
