Fijne en mooie camping. Vanwege het slechte weer was het er rustiger dan normaal. Het viel ons op dat we geen Nederlanders zijn tegengekomen. Pas later een caravan gezien op het terrein. Aardige beheerders, receptie en wat kleine benodigdheden verkrijgbaar, bakker staat elke dag op de camping voor verse broodjes. Eldorado voor kanoliefhebbers. Vanaf de camping zo het meer op. Voor 10 euro per halve dag is ook een kano te huur. Verder veel visliefhebbers gezien. Het sanitair is super en wordt elke dag zeer grondig schoongemaakt. Wasmachines(nieuw) en droger(nieuw) aanwezig. De omgeving is ronduit geweldig, prachtige bossen en werkelijk nog een ongerepte natuur. Vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk eten in de verschillende restaurants in de omgeving. In Carwitz zelf is geen supermarkt of bank. Wel verschillende restaurants voor weinig geld heerlijk eten en een heel schattig winkeltje met broodjes, kaas, boter en snuisterijen. Dichtstbijzijnde stad Feldberg is ongeveer 7 km verderop.

Super leuke vriendelijke camping met een prachtig helder meer en staanplaatsen op terrassen. Jammer dat het weer omsloeg en dat we daardoor meer zuidelijk gingen afreizen. Wij komen hier zeker terug (met onze kleine meid in wording).
