Piccolo campeggio a gentile conduzione familiare.
Nonostante il periodo di alta stagione abbiamo trovato i servizi sempre puliti.
Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità (finalmente un luogo di vacanza senza "animazione" ) e il barbecue.
La Corsica è tanto bella e selvaggia, teniamola così!!!

We hebben hier een drietal nachten gestaan en konden van hieruit gemakkelijk naar Calvi en naar nabij gelegen stranden. De camping is wat lastig te bereiken via een heel smal weggetje en redelijk slecht aangegeven. Geen zwembad. Wel gratis wifi (wat we niet vaak tegenkwamen op Corsica), maar verwacht geen snelle verbinding. Vriendelijke en behulpzame jonge eigenaren. Sanitair in redelijke staat voor Corsicaanse begrippen. één van de weinige campings waar je tentplekken kunt reserveren op Corsica.

Wij hebben bijna 2 weken met onze tent op camping Balenea gestaan. Een rustige camping (geen Nederlanders) met ruime plaatsen. De camping is niet heel goed onderhouden en het sanitair is oud. 1 keer op een dag wordt het sanitair met een hogedrukspuit schoongespoten, 1x per zoveel dagen wordt het iets uitgebreider schoongemaakt. Er kan alleen een portie frites gegeten worden op de camping. Er worden koelkasten verhuurd en ijs verkocht. Rustige camping, vriendelijke beheerders die je met alles proberen te helpen en geen Nederlanders.

Wij hebben een bungalow gehuurd op de camping. Erg aan te bevelen. Vooral de veranda met buitenkeuken was erg leuk. De camping is rustig, niet al te vol en een kwartier lopen van een redelijk rustig zandstrand.
De campingbeheerder is erg vriendelijk en staat direct voor je klaar. Op de camping is brood en enkele basale goederen te verkrijgen.
Een grote supermarkt is 10-15 minuten rijden.
