This location is impeccable; there's no bad place to set up camp! Each camper's spot boasts a view of the ocean and is just a stone's throw away from the beach and sea wall. The comfort stations house showers that have been revamped with fresh tiling, along with laundry facilities and a well-stocked convenience store. The area is pristine, serene and absolutely stunning. The beach's sand has a unique tan-orange hue due to its composition of crushed shells and quartz, giving it a sparkly, light and airy texture, different from the usual powdery sand. The beach offers privacy and seclusion. We had a delightful time swimming in the refreshing waters. However, be mindful of the water level, which can drop slightly depending on the tide. The sea wall features a paved path that leads right to the beach, and the camper spots are arranged in such a way that they back into the sea wall, providing the perfect spot to relax with beach chairs and a glass of wine. We were pleased with our ocean-view spot, which had excellent water pressure, electricity and a sewer system. No problems at all. There's an expansive grassy area outside the camp gates that runs the length of the camp, ideal for dog walking. The staff here are amicable and accommodating. The location is ideally situated, with shopping centers, eateries and bars just a short drive away. The areas of Beverly Beach and Flagler Beach are truly picturesque. We had a tranquil stay and plan to

Our intended brief stay of two nights in the Flagler region, while catching up with friends, turned into a delightful discovery of the charming Beverly Beach Camptown. Our 27ft Airstream International was parked at ocean view site #97, just a short stroll away from the beach and the sea wall. Some vehicles were stationed at sea wall sites, where a paved pathway stretches the length of the property along the beach. The sand here, a blend of crushed quartz and shells, takes on a tan/orange hue and sparkles in the sunlight when dry. It's light and fluffy, with tiny shells mixed in, not the soft, powdery kind. This beach offers privacy and seclusion. We relished in the sunbathing and swimming opportunities. The water was clean, cool and invigorating, although it gets deep quite quickly, so most visitors stick to the shoreline. Children were also seen frolicking in the surf, but they should stick to the shallower parts. The area was peaceful, free from loud music or any other disturbances. The only exception was our Catahoula Leopard dogs who, upon our arrival, managed to escape and thought it was time to celebrate, for which we apologize. There is a long stretch of grass outside the camp gate and wall, extending the length of the campground, where dogs can be walked, which we found very helpful. The campground features clean comfort stations equipped with toilets, showers, and laundry facilities. The showers and

In the early part of April, we spent a week here. Previously, we used to spend this time at Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel, but due to hurricane damage, we had to switch locations. We were bracing ourselves for disappointment, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The beach doesn't have the typical white, powdery sand, and there's no shell collecting to be done. However, the weather was quite agreeable, ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s, and it was possible to stroll barefoot on the beach without burning your feet. Our campsite was positioned "on the beach", which was actually on a sea wall, and quite lovely. The campground staff was adequate - not outstanding, but helpful. The camp store was well-stocked with camping essentials, but we dubbed it the "inconvenient store" because it closed promptly at 5:00 every day. Traffic was manageable and there were plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. The Betty Steflik Preserve offers a fun hiking experience and serves as a habitat for gopher tortoises. We would consider staying here again.

The woman who assisted us was quite disagreeable, as was the shop assistant, possibly they were having an off day. The campsite had well-maintained concrete terraces, but the parking lots were filled with soft sand, making it nearly impossible to balance the caravan, a gravel layer would be beneficial. The waste disposal system was inconveniently placed right in front of each terrace, forcing one to constantly see and occasionally smell the neighboring camper's waste. They do provide complimentary Wi-Fi, however, the signal strength is weak and the bandwidth is insufficient. They also offer cable television, but the cable ports are dysfunctional. Overall, the campsite is not worth spending time at.

The beach front sites are great. Crashing waves and beautiful skies. The water view sites are RIGHT next to a main road and make for a very noisy night if you aren’t in an RV. Bathrooms are warm and clean and spacious, probably the nicest we’ve seen. Friendly staff. Nothing real special but a wonderful beach to hang out on.

This is definitely not a resort. Doesn’t have much amenities. It is pricey. However, it is quiet and the ocean views are amazing. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is great if you are looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Clean sites, good plumbing and electric. Other than being literally on the beach and the sunrise there is nothing to special about this spot. Staff are friendly. Small boardwalk with food and ice cream 2-3 miles away.

Stayed for 4 nights at a premium back-in site in our 45’ fifth wheel. We were right on the beach so you can cannot beat the view! That is what makes this campground worth staying. Priced at $170 for weekend and $155 for weekday is too much for what you get. No problems with electric or sewer, but water pressure was awful! Worst we have ever had (20-25 psi) and spoke with other campers and everyone had same issue. Didn’t try WiFi so unsure how signal was. No pool or other amenities. The beach is the only thing going for this place. While you are parked right next to the beach and have an incredible view, you are in a parking lot on a seawall that is about a 6-7 foot drop to beach. There are boardwalks along the campground for access to beach. This “drop” is a little concerning with small children. We couldn’t open the back porch (which was one of our biggest reasons for staying there) because the walkway behind the site needs to be clear for guests to walk to boardwalks. Also, be prepared to get all of your stuff, RV and vehicle plastered with salt and sand on those windy days (which was every day of our stay). About 35 mins to St Augustine. Good restaurants about 5-10 mins away. Bathrooms were clean and laundry looked clean also. No problem with road noise as we could only hear the waves crashing in the sand which was great!

This was our second time staying here (both times on site 30). The first two days were incredibly windy, but the third day was exactly why we came. Perfect weather, perfect views. Beverly Beach is right alongside A1A, so it's easy to get into town or to the many locations nearby. There are also a lot of enjoyable bike routes around. The facilities are clean and generally well-maintained, and the staff are helpful. We will definitely go back.

I don't know if their photos were photoshopped, or were taken prior to the last hurricane, but there are no palm trees (or ANY landscaping) at this park. It is just a parking lot. Sure, it's by the ocean, which could be nice, but unfortunately during our stay, it was so incredibly windy, it ruined our stay. Our rig was actually damaged by the wind. It was so windy, the sand would pelt you on the beach, and it was impossible to even be outside. All the rigs along the beach have left early. Yes, just bad luck with the weather maybe, but be prepared: it is often windy here. Road noise is a factor as well. Street lights were bright enough to be bothersome at night. Staff in the office were efficient but not especially friendly. Check in was easy, parking was easy (no pull-throughs, only pull in/back in sites). Sites are gravel/sand with a concrete pad and a picnic table. I'm not sure why they chose to call this a "resort"-- there is no pool, no tennis, no pickleball, no shuffleboard, etc. Only restrooms and laundry, which were clean. All in all, it may be a 4-star location, but not in ANY way a "resort". (I did not deduct stars for the weather, as that was just bad luck). However, at $155/night for a NON-premium site, it is way over-priced for what they offer, so deducted another star. In fact, of the nearly 30 places I have stayed on this 4-month trip, it is the most disproportionately priced for what you get. Will not stay here again. **I have stayed at over 25 RV parks and campgrounds along the Florida coast over the last three months.... Look for my other reviews!**

We stayed 4 nights. Desk staff was on the verge of rude. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Rattled off all the information so fast I couldn’t understand her and acted like I was disrupting her. The other 2 desk clerks were on the phone. Later I made a purchase at the store and the clerk was exceptionally nice. As stated by others, the spaces are small, but have nice concrete pad, and was perfectly level. If we come back here, I will ask for a site on the north side of the road. Sites are larger. There is no view, but you still have access to the beach and walkways.

First time staying here and have to say we enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately we had the outer affects of a TS off the Gulf Coat so we got some rain and wind. The sites are a little tight but have everything you need to make the stay comfortable. The WiFi leaves some to be desired as it was spotty at best.... Cable service was decent. The bath house facilities were older but very clean and well appointed. If you want to spend some time by the beach in a quant little town then this will be the campground to look at.

Stayed 4 nights and weather was perfect. Yes the sites are expensive but absolutely worth it to be on the beach edge with windshield facing the sunrise every morning. Spots are designed to face or backup to sea wall and while close to neighbors, you have plenty room to let awnings out. Concrete pads, cable TV and picnic tables at each site, no fire rings although you can use a charcoal grill if 6”off ground. Never could get wifi to work but not a deal breaker. Beach not crowded, neighbors and staff friendly. Good to see families camping and enjoying some freedom. Great restaurants not far. Best Italian was La Piazza Cafe 5 miles away.
