Adequate park for a short or long term stay. Fewer activities through the year than previously and facilities are underused and locked up. Spraying grass killer everywhere to avoid having to trim around trees, lamp posts and utilities. Grass is rough as they no loner irrigate. Pavilion is mostly locked and no activities. No cook for the cafe. Food trailer is usually closed and limited menu when open. Large pool side umbrellas can no longer be used and the furniture is old and rough shape. Internet is frequently out. Grass is growing into the roadway as they no longer edge. Office is now closed on the weekends and understaffed. Very few activities through the winter. Starting to move manufactured homes into the park. Park was so much nicer and active, but its heyday has passed. As long as they continue to fill the park during the winter there will not be any effort to improve or rejuvenate the culture or ambiance. Great location with groceries and stores close by. hiking, kayaking and bicycling is very close.
