It is amazing what a difference a family owned and operated business can make - this started as a small campground and now has several hundred campsites. The family is involved and makes sure the park is kept in excellent condition and modernized. It has multiple pools, fishing ponds, shuttle to the beach, cabins, concerts, food, store, themed activities every week, and etc. Sites are generally large and well spaced. Plenty of shade trees. Roads are very good. Many seasonal renters that come back year after year. Lots to do in the area. If you are looking to get a large family group together this would be a great place. Lots to do in the area. Old Orchard Beach and Portland are a short drive away.
