This location demands caution. A hefty $700.00 for an extremely tiny and tight space is an absolute scam! The spaces resemble a car park. We booked one, arrived, and found we couldn't fit as the width was less than 12 feet. There was absolutely no room for chairs or for the awning to extend. The neighboring camper was just a foot away on one side, while the other side didn't have enough space for the slide-out. I tried contacting them and even visited their office, but it was deserted. They should have honestly informed me about the limited size of the spot. Barbara consistently assured me that the size was adequate. Honestly, they ought to feel embarrassed. The manager kept assuring me that they were aware of the small size of the spots and that I would be refunded. However, I'm currently struggling to recover my deposit. I've tried reaching out but they won't return my calls or answer my attempts to contact them. It's a highly unsettling situation.

Came here for two nights, for a set up of new camper. Packed in so tight next to a tree that was dead and only six feet from the next camper. Nothing like the photo posted, as the trees are dying and the sites are dusty, needs work.

Very tight spaces. No grass. Big, old trees overhanging everywhere that need to be trimmed. Old, junky, dilapidated mobile homes throughout. Park backs up to very busy, noisy road. (Main highway from Phoenix to Vegas, so we really didn't expect quiet.) The one good thing I can say is the manager is very kind and helpful. Park was pretty full but he did his best to find us a spot big enough.

Stayed here in August 2020. Bev the owner knew we were arriving late and made herself available to check us in. She’s a hands on owner and very accommodating. Sites are relatively level on dg and some with concrete patios. There are some full time residents that live in their mobile home and the park backs up to a busy street but overall a nice place for an overnight or two. Bathrooms and showers were dated but serviceable. What makes the park a plus is the owner and location.
