All other reviews are pretty spot on. Tight spaces, but you didn't feel cramped. Clean and super nice restrooms. It's nice to be close to downtown Columbus.

This is a great little RV park just outside of Columbus. We only stayed one night, it looked like most sites are pull-through sites. Not a lot of room between sites but we did not feel like we were right on top of our neighbors. They accept mixed recycling on-site, the only campground we found on our 21 day trip that did. Their no-contact check-in was very nice, we had all of the info we needed the day before we arrived. Fast Wi-Fi. They were responsive to text messages. We would definitely come back here if we were passing through.

We stayed here for an overnight. Park was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Sites were level and hook ups well laid out. Owners very friendly and residents quiet and kept to themselves. The other reviews about spacing are accurate: these sites are pretty tight.

The owners and people at Alton are lovely and the park is very well-maintained. New restrooms just completed this summer. Sites are fairly level and close together. Our sire was close to US 40/W Broad St, so we had some traffic noise. Our site, and those near us were very long -plenty of room to park two cars with our 40’ RV on the gravel pull-through. The best feature of Alton is its location close to I-270 and Columbus. We had a solid 3 bars of Verizon with our window MIMO antenna, and sometimes had 4 bars.
