This Barrydale accommodation is off the grid with solar panels and gas facilities, and regrettably, amenities such as hairdryers and microwaves are not allowed. There is hot water and basic electricity available that can run the fridges, phones and lights.
Kleine Windpompie Glamping offers a unique experience for a camping feeling in absolute style. Comfortably furnished for four guests, the lodge offers two tents furnished with Queen-size beds, which share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, fridge and indoor braai area. The unit opens onto a deck with a sit-in pool which enjoys views of the surroundings.

There are a variety of walking and cycling trails on or in the vicinity of the farm and an affordable Landrover ride around the farm and surrounding area is available when booking. There are a number of things to do in Barrydale, a popular town which lies on Route 62, famous for being the longest wine route in the world.
Other attractions include bird watching, hiking and cycling routes, wine and brandy tasting, horse riding, having a drink at Ronnies, visiting Barrydale Hand Weavers, browsing the Heritage Garden or enjoying a meal at the excellent restaurants on offer.
