Park is clean and we'll maintained. Sites are ample and leveled. Facilities were clean. Very quiet during the week. Decent WiFi. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Definitely a Do again.

This site was selected because after November 1st it was the only one available in the Detroit area. The reservation process was a nightmare with more information exchanged than it would take to get a passport. The park was a pleasant surprise. It is large and has long level gravel sites. There is fair separation between campers but little tree cover. There are ponds near many sites. The campground is 40 minutes from Detroit. There is camp internet but it is between slow and nonfunctional. The antenna reception is good for the 3 major networks and some other minor channels. Cell phone coverage is 1-2 bars. Each site had a picnic table and fire pit. They have laundry and restrooms that are not really walkable to most sites. There are not many other amenities. Most of the sites appear to be year round sites.
