The holiday spot is a few streets away from the main route, nestled in a spacious open location. Navigating through the park is simple, with adequate room between each site. It offers great facilities and a welcoming team that organizes various group activities. An added advantage for us is the ability to receive mail/packages at this location. Virtually any service you need is just a short drive away. However, be aware that you are in the vicinity of Houston and traffic can often be intense. A recent enlargement of the area has introduced a significant number of back-in sites. Despite the presence of concrete pads, this place could easily earn a 5-star rating, but some sites are uneven. You can easily spot several unlevelled sites. Although we didn't face any leveling problems at our site, we observed several vehicles that had to use multiple blocks under their wheels in addition to their jacks. Spent a week here with the special $199/week rate. Unfortunately, because of the weather we did not avail ourselves of many activities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears that a large number of sites are long term stayers, but all those rigs appeared in good repair. Stayed here to visit with relatives in Spring. Concrete pads, but mine wasn't very level.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. All concrete, easy for a big rig to navigate, and the staff was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We should have stayed closer to Houston. The drive was way too long. The park is ok, but the grass is weeds and the sites aren't level. So, for us, it was location, landscaping and an unleveled site. Granted, the site not being level is not a big deal, it only took one jack pad to get level. But, for the price, I expected better. Because it had rained a lot, our site had a lot of mud and standing water on the concrete pad. Looks like we just got one of the bum sites. The laundry facility just ok too. Two of the washer look like someone had washed a dog bed. The cost is $1.75 to wash and another $1.75 to dry. The best thing about this resort is that it is quite and surrounded by woods. Also, it has a nice pool and game room.
