a welcoming and freindly site run by a very freindly french couple who speak good english .the ground and pitches which are big are set in a very picturesque setting along the banks of the river vienne. free wifi, canoeing and fishing. the new modern sanitary block is very clean and maintained . we had an excellent and relaxing stay many thanks will return.

mooie camping. Grote plaatsen. Wij hadden een plek aan de rivier de Vienne, prachtig uitzicht. Leuk toiletgebouw met allemaal mozaiksteentjes en wastafels op een plank. De douches zelf vond ik klein en een slechte waterstraal. Het gebouw rook ook wat muffig...werd wel goed schoongemaakt dus zal gewoon aan de ontluchting liggen of zo?? Elke dag om half 9 de bakkersbus op de camping. Elke avond de frietmadam en 2x perweek de groenteboer. Eigenaars vriendelijk behulpzaam weet ik niet want we hebben ze niet nodig gehad. Camping ligt op loopafstand van het stadje Confolens. Leuk stadje om eens door te lopen. Wij waren er in de week voorafgaande het 62ste internationale volksdansfestival. Dus alle voorbereidingen werden die week getroffen... Je hebt daar bij het vvv ook een aantal routes om te fietsen,,redelijk te doen,,goed te doen met ebike. redelijk wat te doen in de omgeving of korte afstand te rijden (ouradour sur glane= aanrader)
