Le Touroulet em França

Acres of space and very peaceful. Loads of wildlife, country walks and a lovely play area with a small swimming pool for little children (and big ones!) The owners, Peter and Ruth, are exceptionally friendly and provided a great fun filled quiz night which was attended by locals and campers alike. There was also a darts evening which anyone could join in so no chance of boredom creeping in. We will definitely go there again.

It's very rural, calm, incredibly friendly and the quality and taste of the food is delicious, english with a french twist.

This is not an all singing and dancing multipool site but great for us who look for the peace and quiet of the french countryside. Le Touroulet is welcoming and friendly with good food, great wine and a chilled out atmosphere. The wildlife is great and the fishing very convenient there being a fishing lake on site. We store our caravan there very reasonably, and evryone mucks in a helps if you have a problem with your van. Ruth and Peter are great hosts, and many people go back time and time again, which says a lot.

Very pleasant natural rural greenfield campsite. Wonderful hosts, fantastic experience again and again. Highly recommended.

The campsite website is very misleading. I visited in March 2016 and the site was terrible. Potholed road which would damage your caravan, basic toilets, and only the ladies open, poor electrics and nothing like the website.
