A popular Bass fishing location and campground on the banks of the Clyde River.
Pets allowed in the state forest area (not allowed in the national park adjacent). There is a long, steep (about 10km and rising 800m in altitude) walk up to the top of "The Castle". Note this walk should only be taken on by fit, experienced walkers that are prepared for a lot of climbing. There is a great write up on the walk at http://bushwalkingnsw.com/walk.php?nid=807 Bring drinking water and firewood.
This campsite is accessable with regular 2wd vehicles.
From Ulladulla, head south on the Princes Highway. Turn right into Wheelbarrow Road (at Dolphin Point) through Meroo National Park. Turn left into Woodburn Road and then right into Ridge Road which becomes Yadboro Road and will take you to the picnic site.
