East View RV Ranch is a small parking-lot style RV park. Most of the park is made up of long-term residents. The park is VERY quite and very clean. It is also close to Georgetown and about 30 minutes from Austin (depending on traffic) As for negatives, the entire park is gravel. No grass islands or tress to speak of. Also the units are spaced quite close together. We camped in our 42 foot 5th wheel that we towed with a semi truck. It was tight pulling into the space, but we made it. Like many parks in this area they charge extra fees for children. Unfortunately there isn't many amenities here for them so it feels unjustified. Overall a decent park.

It's a nice quite park full of mostly extend stays. Nice owners with a super sweet lab, level sites, and the open field is nice to play ball with your dog. Clean bathroom and laundry. Close enough to town that AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile all have strong signal. No cable but our antenna picked up the local channels.
