Camping La Valle Verte is situated in the department Puy-de-Dôme in the Auvergne about 2.5 kilometres from Ambert, a touristic village.
The camping lies on the flank of a little hill, in the valley of the river Dore. The hill shields the camping from the route D906 and on our camping you’re certain for a view on the Monts du Forez and the Monts du Livradois the camping lies in the Parc Naturel regional Livradois-Forez.

We have a fully equiped carvan with big fronttent for hire.
Our apartment for 4 to 6 persons can be found near our house. To go there you don't take the entrance for the campsite but you descend further down and take the road towards our house. There you find the apartment and the possibility to park your car.
In Ambert there’s a lake, “le plan d’eau”. It’s a nice park where you can swim, play and lie. During the summer season there’s a part of the lake guarded by a lifeguard. You can hire paddle boats and canoes. There’re some play sets for children: a bouncing castle, some trampolines and there’s a little restaurant at the side of the lake. The access to the park and the swimming lake is free.
