April through October, our Central Florida RV Park, Wekiva Falls RV Resort, is also known as “The Falls” Orlando Day & Water Park! Located on the Wekiva River in Central Florida, we offer the best fun for your buck! Our summer activities offer swimming in our natural sulfur spring with picnic tables nearby, Oval Games for the kiddos, and a DJ from 11-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays! Looking for more adventure in Central Florida? Visit our marina for canoeing and kayaking or our Tiki Bar for a cold beverage. Our Central Florida Day & Water Park is open daily from 8am-5pm.

Skriv en anmeldelseWe had tires put on our brand new (to us) coach in Apopka on Friday and wanted a convenient place to regroup from a whirlwind week. Wekiva Springs state park was close by and our first choice, but a last minute spot was a pipe dream to say the least. The staff there did however, recommend Wekiva Falls. We found the staff very organized and friendly and this 800 site park from all appearances was a tight ship. Both cell phone service and wi-fi was sketchy at best. The sites are very spacious and it appears capacity is never reached as we were there on a busy Veterans Day weekend, and while quite busy, there were plenty of available sites and best I could tell, all were full hook ups including 50 amp, water, sewer, and cable tv. The swimming area in the river is very unique and appears welcoming although the sulfurous water is pungent. It is however, crystal clear, revealing a fine sand bottom. Good location covenient to the I-4 corridor. We would return if in the area, probably not a destination i n and of itself for us, but the many full-timers in residence for the winter see value at the price and were a friendly and active community. There are a lot of pros and a few cons. The pros: beautiful place, Gorgeous trails and outstanding views! Instacart delivers here! Cons: omg the smell of the spring was too much for me! Also the laundry room was filthy and so were the washers and dryers. Also almost no data coverage for T-Mobile.

Nice place. Had some heavy rain and some of the sites got muddy. Laundry facility was OK. Some of the machines were not on the “pay with your card” thing and the change machine did not work the whole time here. The gym is small but has some good equipment in it. The people that work here have been great. It’s a clean and a very nice place. The bar tender at the tiki hut is very friendly, had a lot of fun there. The tiki hut grill is a pretty cool little place too. Good gator bites. Kayaking the wakiva River is a must

We had a large grass site with a concrete pad and picnic table. We did need a 30 amp extension cord.

I can’t understand how this place gets 4-5 stars. Parking on grass or sand. No defined site separation. Wonky electric, water and cable connectivity. Office will even say that the free WiFi is horrible. Predominantly “old cousin Eddie” RV’s. Junk everywhere. Sulfur Springs are pungent. No hot tub. Small pool. $2.25 for laundry. Some sites kept losing electricity. This place double dips $ when they open up the park to the public. Lots of shady looking individuals. Many sites running businesses from their campsite. They ONLY plus is the location within the city.
